How do I find my vehicle's service record?
Enter the mobile number you gave your workshop, or your vehicle's registration number, in the search box at the find my vehicle page. If your details are on file, you are taken straight to your vehicle's service history.
Do I need to create an account or password?
No. There is nothing to sign up for. Searching with your mobile number or registration number opens your vehicle's page, and you can bookmark that page to come back to it later.
I have more than one vehicle. Can I see all of them?
Yes. If several vehicles are registered to your mobile number, MeroAutoService shows a short list so you can pick the one you want to open.
Why does it say no records were found?
A vehicle appears only after a workshop has logged a service for it. Check that the number is typed correctly, try the other search option (mobile number or registration number), or ask your workshop which mobile number they recorded.
How does the next service reminder work?
After each completed service, your workshop can set the next service by distance, by date, or both. MeroAutoService shows how far along you are and marks the service as due soon or overdue, whichever limit you reach first.
Can I tell the workshop about problems while my vehicle is being serviced?
Yes. While a service is pending or in progress, your vehicle page shows a list of issues to check. You can add, edit or remove items on that list so your workshop can see them.
Are service record pages public on search engines?
No. Individual vehicle pages are hidden from search engines and use a private link created for each customer.
I run a workshop. How do I get my customers on MeroAutoService?
Install the Mero Auto Service app for workshops from Google Play, add your customers and their vehicles, and log each service you carry out. Your customers can then look up their records on this page with their mobile number or vehicle registration number.
What can I manage with the workshop app?
The Mero Auto Service app lets workshops manage customers, vehicles, service jobs with parts and labour, inventory, appointments and invoices from an Android phone. It is available on Google Play.
